Booking Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require forty eight hours’ notice prior to 3pm on your arrival date. If you do have to cancel within forty eight hours’ of your due arrival you will incur a charge amounting to no more than your first night’s total rate. This will be debited from the card details given at the time of booking. For bookings of five or more rooms we require seven days’ notice for full cancellations. When cancelling, please ask for your cancellation reference number.
You are welcome to arrive early. Check-in is from 3pm, but if your room is ready sooner then you are welcome to use it immediately. If it is not going to be ready before 3pm we are happy to store your luggage in the meantime. On the day of your departure, in order that our next guests can check in on time, check-out is at 11am. For a small extra charge it may be possible to arrange a later check-out. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would prefer a later check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We have allocated parking spaces adjacent to the hotel building for residents. Please advise us if you need parking and then use the parking permit you will find in your room. For SatNav users, our address is 23 Highfield Road, Birmingham, B15 3DP.
The Town House is entirely smoke-free and fitted with sensitive smoke-detectors. A cleaning charge of £150 will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room or in the public areas. We also reserve the right, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you authorise us, to charge your payment card for any damage caused during your stay (including but not limited to the need for specialist cleaning) or for the removal of any items from the rooms.
As a guest of The Town House we welcome you to enjoy the Honesty Bar, please be mindful of other heads on pillows. The Honesty Bar is for residents only.
